A true Son of the South, raised deep in the Georgia Pines, Bobby Compton knew his destiny the first time he held a Six-String Guitar.
The 26 year-old singer / songwriter from Comer, Ga uses his own real-life experience to form a brand of Country Rock Music
that is fast becoming the new face of the industry. Strong heart-felt lyrics, mixed with a driving beat, have propelled Bobby
Compton and his band to the elite ranks of Country Music in the Atlanta and North Georgia markets. Besides performing
his own original music, he plays a mixture of new country artist covers, traditional country covers, and a
peppering of rock and southern rock favorites to provide a live show that is rivaled by no other in the
area. Take a little bit of George Strait and Gary Allan, mix it with Jason Aldean, Eric Church,
and Lynyrd Skynyrd, and you come out with Bobby Compton.
Now a Nashville Recording Artist, Bobby Compton has sold over 2,000 copies of his
first album entitled "Country Livin" released in late 2010. In June of 2011, he
released a 6-track EP entitled "Summertime", at Wild Bills Atlanta. Compton
is set to release his second full-length work entitled "Words Left Unspoken"
in the Summer of 2012. "This is, no doubt, Country Rock! I've put my heart
and soul into this new album. It's Jason Aldean meets Metallica!"
exclaims Compton. All eleven songs are written or co-written by
Bobby. "So if you haven't experienced the Bobby Compton Band,
get a ticket, pull up a chair, and hold on tight! It's gonna be a
hell of a time!"
